My Journey

During my childhood, I found solace in escaping the real world. With my favourite doll, Sophie, by my side, I would immerse myself in a world of imagination. Pretending to speak various languages and constructing tents, or racing around in my plastic car - a hand-me-down from my brother, David - became my daily adventures. David, my constant role model, often found my mimicry amusing, even if it occasionally led to his annoyance.

 

That childhood realm was my haven, where limitless possibilities existed. Having lived in several European countries in a previous life, my family and I eventually found our home in Spain. The allure of abundant sunshine, stunning seas, delectable food, and the presence of palm trees, oranges, and cacti captured our hearts. When I'm not immersed in writing, I dedicate my time to working and teaching children, cherishing moments with my family - the most precious aspect of my life. My two lively boys, alongside my husband, are the shining treasures that light up my world.

 

Dreaming of making a difference in children's lives through education, I craft books and short stories. Our seaside residence, nestled in nature, offers inspiration, and my love for coffee fuels my creative endeavours. I firmly believe that maintaining a positive attitude and extending a kind gesture every day can contribute to making our world a better place. Emphasizing kindness, my stories not only entertain but also impart valuable life lessons, reshaping others’ perspective and providing tools to confront life's challenges. As I navigate this journey, I am reminded that one is never too old to learn.
